Curtis Huffman is Assistant Professor at the Development Studies Program of the National Autonomous University of Mexico
Curtis Huffman holds a PhD and an MSc in Economics from El Colegio de México. He has an MPhil in Philosophy of Science and a BS (with Honours) in Economics from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. From 2011 to 2013 served as Deputy Director of Impact Evaluation at the National Council for the Evaluation of Social Development Policy (CONEVAL) |
RESEARCHHis research interests include the application of micro-econometric methods to untangle cause and effect in development economics, and applied economic methodology. His research covers questions related to education, poverty measurement and analysis, occupational classes, inequality, Latin American structuralism, family structure, and other demographic and social topics. |
